I think facebook and social,  where people aren't publishers is flattery and the love of old cars.  I think a publisher taking someone's art and copyrighted works without getting a legal releas just opens that publisher up for a suit, the second they steal it for their for profit publication...

 Most people will gladly sign the release, but they shouldn't assume that.

Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
