Aw, here I was just pulling your leg and you had to get mean and bring up the weather! Here in Missouri it rarely gets below 90 in the summer and well below 60 in the winter! :-( My 63 SF Vert was giving me starting problems this weekend. Sure it's the starter.

I believe it was a 5.7 bored & stroked to 7.0 or 426, as they stated one other time. I don't think they used the same terminology for the engine other than HEMI more than once thru-out the show, and they referred to it many times. They seamed confused as to what they even had.
O, by the way, that must be one long cable to get TV over there!! Do you get the box on your end, or is it here in the lower 48?.......or 55 depending on your persuasion. ;-)

I downloaded the show, it wasn't bad, the car had no motor or trans, no interior. 9 pass wagon. I did not like the seats...tuck and roll leather. Not BAD but not me. They put in a 426 Hemi truck motor and tranny, I kept thinking to myself, that will never work...but it's in it. They threw out the heater box from under the hood, they left a BIG dent in the grill on the drivers side bottom, Added a floor shifter, so pushbuttons are out. I do like the paint. It was sanded, primer, then painted brown, primer again, then painted red and then sanded down to look like faded, rusty old car, then cleared on top. I really do like the paint. I could see doing it on my car. They also got rid of the Dash pad....hard to find, Left a bullet hole in the tail gate....it's works and looks neat. These guys that are doing these cars are really shady IMHO, but whatever. I don't know what's wrong with me but I see all the flaws when I see shows like this. I think Pimp My Ride did a better job.
It's great they brought it back to life, butchered it a little bit, but otherwise it would be junk forever. So I give it a "B" as at least it will be on the road and enjoyed for a while longer. OH it sold at the auction for $21k, and it's owner bought it as he couldn't part with it after it was done. Pics below....
