Re: 62 dodge hood chrome?

So, if anyone has a spare Polara hood emblem/ornament  - at a realistic price, my friend would be very keen to know. His got knocked off one night when parked outside of a resturant - he was most upset that some lowlife screw-drivered it off as a trophy. They are hard to find in Australia or New Zealand.

Cheers,

Tony

Maybe for that price, you get the whole car with the emblem , and you drive
the car out of his driveway?????

How about starting a thread for 62-65 Mopars, stateing the most
expensive-hard to find part that you have obtaines for your car. This has to
be a part that was factory installed.
I will start with headlight trim rings for 64 Dodge--$400+

But! It is shipped "safely in a padded envelope" and "Made In USA!" -- plus
a "Max Wedge" ornament to boot!
Such a deal. :)

The price may fit a Jay Leno level restorer who just has to have a Concours
d'Elegance level of restoration.

Thanks,
Gary H.
