Convertible Header Bow experts, Question??

 Hi all, am working on the front header bow of my 65 Bel II vert. the original was way to far gone to be repaired. I purchased a decent 64 top frame from Montana and had that header bow  restored. When I went to install the repaired 64 header bow I noticed the guide pins were directly in front of the latch not to the outer side like the one that came off the 65 car. The latch on the restored bow has a part number of A225116, still working to the the latch off the original bow and see what part number it is.

Questions:

 1 thought all 62-65 B body verts were the same, obviously they are not.

2.How do I fix my situation, could I use the visor frame from a 62- 64  to move the pin location in front of the latch?

3. Could I try and find a 62-64 vert windshield frame, will it fit the 65?

I am at a loss at this point, if i can't remedy the situation maybe a list member need a really good 62-64 vert front header bow, PM me pls.
