Don't know. Is that chrome? Sometime they are a bit wider and harder to install. Mopar part number 3418933 is a reference I have. Your dealer may still be able to get it. It's a later LA part number but should fit a Poly 318. You'll need to stamp a new FULL line on the dipstick after you install and find the correct level.
