Re: New radiator

This is a nice looking setup! I have a 426 in a 63 Sport Fury in Australia and it struggles with the heat. You guys got me thinking so I did a little research and now I'm confused. My water pump lower hose exits on the passenger side of the car - the radiator top hose comes in just to the drivers side of the cap. I 'believe' the early cars had this setup and then the housings changed so the bottom hose exits on the drivers side, but looking at a couple of pictures of maxies they seem to be mostly exiting the housing on the drivers side.

Whats right? I'm in the desert in Australia and in dire need of efficient cooling. I'm thinking of ordering one of the US Radiators but I guess hoping to know whats right with the water pump and housing too so I can bowl it all over at one.

Sorry to side track your thread...great info.
