For all Poly owners this is the exciting tip of the iceberg… If Bill got these torque numbers, bending all his intake valves, it’s our job now to design a cam that will move the HP numbers up towards the torque… 472ft lb of torque should translate to at least 450-500hp with no other changes… and Bruce has the big valves and continues to work on the porting possibilities cutting a head apart to look at the casting thicknesses… JC Childress, Bill Richardson, Gregg Heikenian and a few others are also working on some interesting combos and while our foundry has been a big holdup in getting product in a timely manner, their design is unsurpassed and they have already offered to start the aluminum Poly head project designed to directly bolt onto the LA engines too…

Who woulda ever thought?
