First get the tuning, timing etc right, as noted by others. On http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/techstuff.html read through the "Troubleshoot your overheating Mopar!" section for a tip to try when you get the car on the road. It's a water flow or air flow issue if all the other parameters are set to correct specifications.
