Re: indy swap meet

Yeah, I did a Saturday tour, probably 5 hours of looking for obscure "A" body parts until my back finally gave out. Had a Great Time and Thanks to the group for mentioning the event -- I've been in Indy for 4 years now and hadn't been aware of it. A bit surprised that there isn't more "general population" advertizing, but it may be that Mopar Performance is considered a "nitch" interest. The two period drag cars -- historic instead of clone? -- certainly could have been a display centerpiece.

Then, I started looking at engines. The group got my interest up regarding poly engines, an engine that I hadn't really paid much attention to previously, but have now done some reading about. I don't think I saw one, nor any performance items specifically built for one, but I may have missed something. In any case I had a good time looking.

So my appreciation to the group for bringing my attention to the event that took my wintertime blues away. Now 50 degree weather will be here this week and I have a K member to re-inforce and upper tubular A arms to install with stronger torsion bars. Life is good.
