Re: Poly oil pump pickup tube & screen

Are you dealing with standard auto parts stores?  Give Campbell Enterprises a call at 804-779-0888 and ask for Harold, if he is still there. They are very knowledgeable of our poly's and I used them for many of my parts that were not found in the normal parts houses. Also there are others out there that are good sources such as Gary Pavlovich, glpavlovich@xxxxxxx , and Bruce Toth is a new entry that is working with Roland Osborne to bring new parts to us. I don't have his contact info at hand.

I doubt there is any difference in the engine internals with any other poly. I would think you could clean up and re-use your existing pick up.

The Melling number 72-S1 per their site, for an oil pickup tube & screen for my ’62 Poly is not available.

Anyone know if the 72-S2 fits or any other brand replacement tube is out there?
