Thats a bit high...should be around 13.5V. Does it go way up if you rev the engine? If so, I'd check my voltage regulator...it may not be "regulating" anymore.

I'm using a new timing light which has multiple functions, and it's showing about 15.75V at Idle to the battery. Is this cause for concern? If so, what can be done?
