Re: Men of Mopar,,, Question!

Good mourning, Nick,
How are you, that sway bar looks almost identical to the one I happen to have.
The supplier states that it will go on with ease along with some minor welding.
Nick, the fact is that I have never seen a 65 with one of these bars on it.
That is the reason why I asked the site members, if someone had a photo of a car that's using one,
just so that I can get an idea of how it should line up on my 65.
It came with written instructions but not much of a photo, and on top of that, I misplaced the paper work/email.
This sway bar design is some what different and much thicker then what Mopar was using in 63-65.
The stock sway bar is placed differently, instead of on the lower control arms, Chrysler used the strut bars to support it.

Jay,

I've been looking into this myself for my '63. So far I've come up with this but have not called them yet.

Have any of you guys ever installed an "After market sway bar" on a 65 B body and if so do you happen to have a good photo/photos that you can share.

Thanks,
Jay Rod.
