Sorry to hear about all of your troubles. I have a friend that was a real old time mechanic and I remember him telling me years ago about what he did if grease or black spots ever got inside a customer's car. He used WD40. He said it would even take black spots out of white upholstery. It might be worth a try.

I'll call them today. I ended up going and buying the necessary hardware and fixing it myself...since I wanted to drive the car. Funny thing was...they removed the bolts and left (1) in the box with my collectors...which they didn't use!

The greasy boot print is still not "fixed".

So i got the car back from the exhaust shop wed night. This morning I went to put my son's car seat in so I could drive it with the family. Long story short the pass rear seat belt pulls out of the seat. Tried the drivers side and same thing. The #$@&ing exhaust shop used the #$@&ing seat belt bolt for a hanger, but pulled the bolt completely out, disconnecting the #$@&ing seat belts. Then they put in a NEW bolt with the head of the bolt inside the car, left the seat belts, and put the seat back, but not before leaving a big black greasy boot mark on my #$@&ing carpet under the pass front seat. I'm pretty #$@&ing pissed. And to top it off,  They are not open on Saturday.
