Also, make sure you have adjusted the brake shoes down. Over time a ridge
will develop on the non contact area of the drum and the drum will "hang"
on the shoes. Just get your old trusty adjusting ...more

I really like that first 64 Dart GT. It looks well done and you'd be hard
pressed to do it up like that for the same money.
