SV: SV: Fury in Denmark



 

Just cut the scoop, realized it was to much 80´style. Now it is more 60´style I hope.

Any thoughts?

Excellent Knud!  You have a great drivetrain, especially fun with the four-speed trans.  Depending on your cam profile, I would say your max RPM power band would be more in the 6500rpm range.  Your light chassis ‘62 Fury adds more power and is one of the best engine to chassis combinations; very blessed indeed to have that cool car, especially in Denmark; I know people crane their necks to catch a good look at what you are driving.

I am using a 360 la 0.30 over, high dome pistons, race cam, 340x heads, offenhauser 360* intake highrise, 750 dp holley. Manual lifters from 273 la. Hooker headers, a-833 trans, blowproof clutchhous, black mopar ignition box. Max rpm is currently 5500-5800. It runs great, I am a little scared of it.
