Yes, let us know what you find out.  All psgr. car Polys were solid lifter with the exception of the 1959 Dodge 326 cid Poly which had Hyd. Cam/lifters/pushrods...just a bored out 318 so Dodge buyers didn’t think they were getting a “smaller” engine than the previous years 315/325 Dodge Polys; totally different motor for 1959.  The Dodge trucks and TRAVCO motorhomes came with Hyd. lifters and lower 8 to 1 compression ratio from .100” dished Poly pistons...

Two of the other knobs had the set screw. I felt around the out side edge and did not feel one. b I will check after getting back from watching the grand children.
 
Side note: I never realized that all the Poly 318s were solid lifters just like the Gen. 1 hemis.
