I called after hours (Almost 6pm), expecting to go into a voicemail, hoping for a call back tomorrow.  

They Answered.  

The nice lady on the phone said, she wasnt sure if she had one and put Wayne on, who proceeded to find the part, find me in their customer system, and quickly put the order together to ship tonight, because they are closed tomorrow.

Great help and service all-round.  With the aim to please.  Glad they are still in business and still doing it right.  Big Thumbs Up here.
