Do 1965 Dart have a shifter on the floor for standard trans or are they on the column?  Also, if it's an automatic are they push button, column shifter or floor shifter?  Or can the be all of them?  I keep finding different combos in photos online so I'm just a bit confused?

All of them.

For a manual trans, the 3-speeds were shifted from the column and 4-speeds had a floor shifter.  It's also possible that someone could have put a floor shifter in their 3-speed some time in the last 50 years.

For the automatic, the GTs had a little console on the floor between the bucket seats with the shifter.  Other models had the shifter on the column.  None have the pushbuttons in the dash, unless someone swapped in a '63 or '64 dash frame.  However, they still used the same pushbutton 904 transmission from '64 and earlier; both automatic shifters worked a pair of cables just like the older pushbutton mechanism.
