This is what it looks like. They call it a 180deg high flow t-stat . Got it from Mancini part #MIL16406 for $12

180 is what the Mopar engineers called for back in the mid 1960s. Stant is an old brand. I don't know if it is still good (made in China?).

The traditional green 50-50 coolant mix still works. Just don't leave it in there forever.
