Re: Mopars in junkyards

Wish I could find a 62 Belvedere Body at junk yard
I had chance to buy just the doors and glass from one a couple years ago but ran into some health problems at the time. Car is most likely gone now

Just need the two doors and glass because the window scissors frame was cut out when I got it as it was an old race car.

Still looking

I made the deal sight unseen and found on arrival with my wrecker that one of the 69's was the car my mother bought new, then I owned, I sold to a brother when I was sent overseas in the army and he lost it in a financial deal and its whereabouts had been unknown. I parted out the other cars but our re-found 69 is now owned by my son.

Sold it for $1400 real proud of myself until the guy flipped it for $3500. I hadn't a clue that Mopars were suddenly in demand and skyrocketing in value.
