Re: edelbock performer



Found an edelbrock rpm air gap" look alike" ( no lettering of any sort cast into it) on CL for 125 bucks. guy says he would ship. Guy says he bought it new off the internet a number of years ago. Any idea what this might be? under Craigslist -Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania under "mopar intake" , if anybody wants to peek at it and make a guess. Seems like i remember knock off intakes showing up on ebay ten or so years ago. They were calling themselves cyclone or tornado or something, i cant remember,

kind of what i suspected (as to the performer intake). I looked up the e-brock  performer rpm on summit...................geez! when did manifolds shoot up so much. I bought an rpm for my 440 about 7 years ago for around 200 bucks.

Anybody know if the edelbrock performer manifold for small block mopar is a  direct bolt on?? Or do u need taller throttle bracket, longer cable etc kickdown etc..?? I have the stock 340 cast iron manifold on right now, would it make any difference except for a little weight loss and cool factor.??
