NSS wiring

I have a 65 Satellite with a 72 auto trans with a 3 pin back up light/NSS. The back up lights work but the NSS has never worked. I looked at a wiring diagram and saw there's a brown wire that goes from the trans to the NSS. My starter relay has a large threaded  terminal (BAT) that the positive battery cable goes to. A spade (G) that the ground goes to. A spade (I) that the ignition wire goes to. And  a raised screw terminal marked(SOL) that the starter wire goes to. My question is this. Does the brown wire for the NSS go to the raised screw terminal where the starter solenoid goes? Thanks in advance.
