Re: Brake parts

I was led to believe  that a small diameter master cyl bore would give better pressure to the brake cylinders, ( less pedal effort)  while larger diameter bores
woud provide more volume ( lower pedal position.and more pedal effort.  I wanted to use a 1" bore as the disc brake conversion  company said it would work well with the stock single reservoir. There was my problem , in finding a dual reservoir with 1" bore that would bolt in.  I think I settled for a 1-1/32" bore and it works fine................ MO...I re read your post and if you have drum brakes on the front and back, it will be much easier..........

Wondering what those of you that have changed brake master cylinder and wheel cylinders have used lately ?  Going to a dual reservoir master.  Prefer new manufacture and made in the USA.  What brand and where did you get them ?
Thanks
