Paul, I haven't done it yet, (just got finished with actual brake rebuild) , but I got the conversion kit from Inline Tube.  2 lines and a distribution block.

Before I get started swapping my MC I need to know what others have done.  Since I'm staying with drums on the front I don't need a proportioning valve or the original distribution block.  So am I right that the individual wells on the MC are plumbed directly to front and back?  Also somewhere in the back of my head I seem to remember that the front well is plumbed to the rear brakes, or is this only true when you do the front disc conversion?
