Re: aftermarket gauges

Neal, I used the large Auto Meter large 3 gauge panel with their bezels which I had to modify. This gave me large gauges that were tilted toward me. It made it a lot easier to see while driving. I used 1 wire from fuse box to connect all 3 gauge lights. If you have  mechanical gauges, you only need 1 wire for the lights and 2 wires for the volt gauge. Hope this helps

Subject: aftermarket gauges

My barracudas gauges don't work. Speedo does at least.  If I want to add some aftermarket gauges like OP, amp, water temp, etc. ,do I just piggyback off the factory wires?? The original harness was so hacked up i found a used one in very good shape that I am installing. I don't want to hack  up my new harness installing the aftermarket gauges, just in case i ever have the money to have my gauges all restored by Redline or somebody.
