As per the advice , and video ( several years ago) from Mike Craiglow and recent research , seems that what a person does to improve things, has a negative trade off.  Pinion snubbers --If set to prevent "spring wind up", then most likely  it will hit against the floor  in street driving.  Also getting under the car to be able to adjust the snubber , requires a floor jack.  I believe clamping the ends of the leaf springs on the front segment is very effective , and  a pinion snubber is not needed.  Down side is a  stiff street ride.   They should be easy to install and take off  if access to the front segment is  good. 
  In the diagrams showing " spring wrap up"  and the clamps, none of them mention clamping the leaves together on the rear segment. I would think  that would  decrease wrap up even more.  Any reason not to?  I think Mike C. had his rear segment clamped too IIRC...............................MO
