Actually I did buy carpet from Classic with the jute backing and it just seemed so out of shape coming out of the box. Returned it and ran indoor/outdoor scraps over
the temporarily shored up floor for 5 years. Received the 2 rear foot-well floor pan sections last night and began fitted them in. TamrazsParts.com sells them as a set at a much better price point. They both
fit into a relatively small shipping box together, so makes sense they can do that. The main pan and these drop shipped direct from AMD, even though bought from Summit and Tamrazs. I see the seatbelt bolt points are moved up onto the hump maybe by ’65? Was on the floor of my ’62 pan. The new pans have a molded in strengthening shape at that
point instead.
