I do not know of any reference but I had a 64 vert white top and white paint on frame, my brother had a 64 vert with a blue top and black on frame.  both cars bought new.  My 2 cts

Is there a paint reference for such things in any factory literature? Paint codes for body and trim are available. I can't 
recall a paint code reference providing the  convertible top frame color.
