whoa... that is not the link I intended. The link is supposed to be to the Hot Rod Network article on the HEMI LS engine...I was circumvented.  Anyhow, do a Google search for the article; well worth the read and pictures.

Just saw this write-up in Hot Rod online...point of story is that this hybrid of an engine (or blasphemy?) is more like a Poly which lends credence to the
true power potential of a Polyspherical combustion chamber than a traditional Wedge.  Chrysler’s need to compete against the new competitive Mustang and Camaro
entries/smaller A-body style platforms, necessitated a narrower/LA powerplant to replace the Poly...oh how some of us lament not having all the R&D put behind the 1956-66 Poly
engine to reveal its true power potential...well, I think we see a peak under the tent with this entrepreneur's efforts; Greg Brown of Hammerhead Performance.
