Check to see if your state has a dept. to handle  insurance settlement  disputes  That claims adjuster is trained to pay you the least amount  that you will accept.  Somebody is  being un-truthful when they tell you showing values as you have done , makes no difference.  I have had some experience in dealing with claims adjusters--some are good, some are A-holes.  Get what is rightfully yours , and after they pay you, change insurance company's before they raise your premiums.  Your agent probably can't or won't do much for you. I am going to change my 64 Dodge and 68 Plymouth to " agreed value" and  get rid of possible hassle's with claims adjusters and " stated values"..............................MO
