Re: outside mirror loose head.

I was reading an old issue of Mopar Action recently and came across a tech tip from Richard Ehrenberg that had a simple fix for a loose mirror head. I tried it on my Satellite and it worked. Spray the mirror ball with brake clean and let it dry. Then put a few drop of super glue on the ball. Rotate the mirror head in all directions for about a minute. When the glue dries it provides resistance without gluing the mirror in place. It may not feel much stiffer but it does work. I’ve been driving the Satellite all summer and the mirror now stays in place. I did this without even removing the mirror from the car. I just need to do the same thing on the Belvedere now.
