Replacing the Headlamp/Light Switch on a '64 Ply B-body

Loosening the switch from the lower dash is easy.  

But how do you pull the switch out?

There is no set screw on the chrome knob so that it can be 

removed and it is too big to pull through the hole in the lower dash.
