I used Vintage Air for my '64 Polara.  Although they don't have a specific system for "behind the dash" for our cars, their universal system fits very well.  If you're not wanting to tear your dash apart then they also have a selection of under dash units that will also fit the bill. I didn't want the AC compressor to be sitting on top of the engine so I went to Bouchillon Performance for a bracket that would mount a "shorty" compressor where the power steering pump would normally go.  I don't have PS so that location was open.  Here's my installation.
