Thanks for sending the photos of your car. It looks pretty nice. I hope you aren't having to sell your toys due to health reasons. It seems like I am hearing this far too often these days.

Unlike you, I have never been down the track in anything other than my friend's vehicle used to tow his alcohol funny car. Maybe one of these days I will have something to take down the track, but it won't be my A990 Belvedere.

People say "don't you want to race it, or at least drive it on the street"? I say I would love to take it down the track, and drive it on the street, but I am going to have too much $$$ wrapped up in it to risk it being damaged. And if it gets damaged, it is virtually impossible to find original parts, without having to spend your life's savings.

The important thing is that you continue to have fun with your Coronet.
