Yes, I remember that discussion. It was about the rear drums. I don't know what years A-body Mopars used that type of 
setup on the front drums. People use swedged and swaged as terms to describe the studs.  

I looked up the previous discussion Ray mentioned. It was posted by a member of this Mail List. 
Go to http://www.hotrodsandhemis.com/ and click on the "1964 Dodge Polara" button on the left, then  scroll to the 
bottom of that page and click on the "Modern Drums for Tapered Axle Rear Ends" link.

There is a brake drum swedge cutting tool is available to buy.
