Has anyone done a bolt-on EFI on an RB?

Hello good Mopar people,

I hope everyone is safe and well.

I'm contemplating a bit of re-work on my '64 Fury.  You may recall a few years back I built a 511 from an old motorhome block and powered it with two Edelbrock's on top of a CH-28 dual quad.  I'm thinking about bolting a dual quad EFI system on and looking at what's out there, e.g., Sniper, FAST, FiTech.  Has anyone done this and if so could you share your experiences and thoughts?

I haven't dug into this too far and I know these systems "self-tune," but I'm thinking I will want a setup that will let me tune some parameters myself ... the fuel and ignition tables at a minimum.

Thank you,

Jim
