Wiring Disconnects 1965 Dodge Coronet 500

Members,

I am back at it finally working on the Wiring Harness for the 65 Coronet.

I have figured out the where all the wires go from using a combination different schematics, (Service Manual, Laminated 3rd. Party, one provided at this forum), and they were all a great help for tracing.

Then I compared the Fuse Block ( One from a Bone Yard which had all the wires still attached) with the one on the car and then one on the Dash Board wiring harness I purchased from Year One. None of them matched up exactly due to the different options on the car they came from or produced for. Allot of tracking wires.

I am now at the point of reconfiguring the Fuse Block from Year One to match the Service Manual.

What I need to locate a Supplier for the Female and Male insulated disconnects for Wire AWG from 20 thru 08. Don’t know if anyone makes the plastic casing that the disconnects, M &F, would fit into before plugging them together?

Finally question, Is there a secret to extracting the disconnects from the existing casing with out damaging the fitting and plug casing? I have a couple that I did get one or two out by brute force and miniature screw driver tips. They seemed ok and went back in with a click but came out with very minor pressure compared my extracting method.

Any help would be appreciated.
