Thanks. Seems like that would involve two separate refinishing processes; the chrome part and the painted. It depends 
upon what the painted section's substrate is. Ask the chrome and metal refinishers vendors on the list for their  advice / 
quote.

Also, I know Joe Suchy has a "restoring dash bezels" operation, maybe he has the ability to do this job. Or could suggest 
some place. At least he would know exactly what the part you are asking about looks like, where the general vendors will 
not.
