Thanks for the info, Daven. Cost isn't the factor. If it was, I'd be messing with a Chevy instead! Seriously, I would prefer going to disks, but what discourages me is the Dr. Frankenstein approach to the disk brake conversion: Rotors from one model, spindles from another, machining tie rod ends, etc. It's too bad that a front disk set up from say, a 1970-1976 C or D body just couldn't be swapped onto a '57-'61 Exner car.
