Brian's right but you don't neccessarily have to use a putty knife on the pieces secured by the clips. I was able to remove the trim from my 58 by pulling the trim up from the bottom edge with my fingers and the rotating it outward until it popped clear. Saved some time in the metal prep by avoiding gouges and little dents. Didn't hurt the trim either. later
