The 1950 Plymouth uses a 217 cubic inch (3.56 Litre) engine and the 1958 Plymouth uses a 230 cubic inch (3.78 Litre) engine. The same basic "Flathead" (valves in cylinder block) design was used from 1933 to 1959.
