Thanks Harry. This is a given when swapping a V8 into a 1955-61 Mopar that originally had a 6 cyl. (some cars require that sections be cut out!),and the service manual body section is a very good template for what needs to be done. Properly locating the V8 motor mounts can require that sections of the frame/subframe be added or removed. If the chassis was available with the type of V8 you intend to put in (say,a 318) then at least the service manual body section shows where it all should go.
