I don't know if I am the fasrest but I do know that I'm not the slowest. Both my 55 2dr Savoy and my 57 Ply wagon run 400 BB with 727 auto's I'm not sure of the top speed but it shits and gets pretty good. I towed a trailer down to Carlisle from Ct. last July with about 1500 lbs in it with my 55 Savoy and was able not only to keep up with traffic but managed to pass anyone that I needed to. I prefer the 383/400 to the RB because it fits easier being a low deck.
