Hay Willie! Dont use a 331 if it has part of the bell housing on the block. You cant get a good trany up to it. And even though you can get LOTs of hopup parts for the old Hemis. You have to back the truck in 3 times to pay for them! Dont get me wrong I love them, and I ran them years ago. But in this day to get ANY power out of them you just about have to put a bolwer on it. But hay that looks good AND sounds cool. And its easy to get 600-700 hp on gas for a street rod. If you can aford to feed it. MOEs gone
