V8's usually have bigger clutches and flywheels than L6's

Say we have typical clutch sizes for these cars as 10",10.5" and 11". Those would be regular L6, HD L6/regular V8,and HD V8 respectively. So unless the car was a heavy duty L6 (taxi,police,etc.) the V8 would need the next step up in clutch and flywheel size.
