WHICH Hemi clubs and outfits?

If those are Mopar Hemi clubs,they won't recognize the Ford 427 SOHC and Boss 429. If you mean a club recognizing all US Hemi V8's,they sure won't recognize other countries' Hemi V8's such as the Daimler 2.5 Liter Hemi V8! And I sure as heck can't claim to know about all the Hemi V8 engines made in the WORLD over the past 100 years. There were also experimental designs such as the Pontiac and Oldsmobile Hemis that were never produced. So the answer is hinged on "WHICH clubs and what are their exact rules of recognition?"
