Looking into the Old Cars Price Guide a little further, they list a 4d Sub in 1938 (Sub meaning Suburban????) After that the name Suburban doesn't show up again until 1950 when they mention a Special Deluxe Suburban, then it skips to 1956 listing the Del, Cus, and Spt Sta Wagon.
