Hello... My '58 Plym still has it's original 318. At a car show last night, a fellow '58 owner stated all '58 318's had solid cam and lifters. This surprised me. I did not agree or disagree since I truly do not know the answer. Is his comment accurate? PS: I agree with all who love this board, find much information on it, and wish to see it get back to the business of civilized forwardlook car discussion.
