Thanks for the help Dan, I really appreciate it :) I was able to remove the lighter socket successfully, but it was a little more tricky than I thought. It turns out that you have to hold the inner cylinder (not the chrome ring) with your thumb while unscrewing the outer cylinder from behind the dash. Very simple, I can't believe I didn't figure it out earlier! Jeff
