Sorry to hear about the wounded engine in your 55. I have spoken with Roger at AAJ, and your 55 is an ideal candidate for his conversion. Unfortunately, 55/56 full size large frame Chryslers and DeSotos have a slightly different front suspension, and may require the weldment of metal and some grinding to get Roger's kit to fit. When I get closer to needing this part of my restoration/improvement, Roger and I are going to do some interactive development to adapt the kit to this spindle/steering arm kingpin setup. The rear, however, may be VERY close to passenger car from 56. When I get to the point of redoing the rear axle, I will forward photos to you so you can comment. Thanks for your help.
